Route 91 South to Exit 25; At the end of the ramp turn left
and follow the road to the intersection; turn right onto Routes 5 and 10 South;
go 1 mile, then left onto Route 116 South, then 8 miles to UMass Exit; Left at
the end of the ramp onto Massachusetts Avenue.
From the
South:
Route 91 North to Exit 19 (Northampton/Amherst); Right onto
Route 9 and go approximately 4.5 miles to Route 116 North (left turn at the
lights) 1 mile to UMass Exit; Right at the end of the ramp onto Massachusetts
Avenue.
From the East:
Mass Pike (Route 90) West to Exit 4
(West Springfield) onto Route 91 North to Exit 19 (Northampton/Amherst); Right
onto Route 9 and go approximately 4.5 miles to Route 116 North (left turn at the
lights) 1 mile to UMass Exit; Right at the end of the ramp onto Massachusetts
Avenue.
From the West:
Mass Pike (Route 90) East to Exit 4
(West Springfield) onto Route 91 North to Exit 19 (Northampton/Amherst); Right
onto Route 9 and go approximately 4.5 miles to Route 116 North (left turn at the
lights) 1 mile to UMass Exit; Right at the end of the ramp onto Massachusetts
Avenue.
Getting to the CVIP Office:
From Massachusetts
Avenue (after exiting Rt 116):
Continue on Massachusetts Ave. straight through one blinking traffic light
and through one standard traffic light. At the third traffic light
take a left, travel just a few yards and take the first right, take another
immediate right (a small red sign reads Research Administration Building) and
bear right up a curving incline. Bear to the left to
enter Parking Lot 52.
Parking spaces for visitors are designated in front of the building.
(You must request a permit at the CVIP office to be displayed on your windshield
in order to park in a visitor space. Alternate parking is also available
at the Campus Center Garage or at metered lots.)
Enter the front of the building (look for 3 arched
windows). The CVIP office is located on the third
floor.
